This is a made-to-order limited edition.

The pre-order window for this item will close in February. Once pre-orders are finalized, books will be submitted to the press for printing.

Books are anticipated to arrive to the author in May. At that time, assembly of the book boxes and shipping to all buyers will begin. Please note that fulfillment may occur over several weeks depending on the number of orders.
